Bid Ethiopia

The Ethiopian Development Search Institute (EDRI) invited sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of

1. computers, UPS and Printers
2. Binding and cutting machine
3. Furnish workshop Room with desks, Chairs and carpet.

1.      The bid documents can be obtained from the Institute Office Room No. 404, Blue Building near National Stadium against payment of non-returnable fee of Birr 50 during office hours for 5 consecutive working days starting 20^th day of the first announcement upon presentation of documents indicated on item No. 2 below.

2.      Bidders and local agents are requested to submit documentary evidence.

Currently renewed trade license related to the goods. They are bidders for current year receipt for the payment of Inland Revenue and other government taxes and

Evidence of registration in the suppliers list under MOFED and

VAT registration

3.      Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 2% of the total bid price in the form of CPO or a bank guarantee in Birr with a relevance renewed trade license, supplies registration certificate and VAT registration.

4.      The bid documents submission date shall be on September 25, 2006/Meskerem 15/1999 E.C. at 10:00 A.M.

5.      Bids will be opened on the same day September 25, 2006/Meskerem 15/1999 E.C. at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend the above mentioned office.

6.      Bidders may participate for the whole lot or partial. Bidders should submit in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes and should be addressed and marked as follows:

7.      Bids shall be valid for a period of at least 120 days after bid opening date.
