1. Mugher Cement Enterprise invites eligible local bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of different size Flat bars, Sheet Metal, Square bar Angle Iron, Steel tube, Round bar, Fastener and pipe fittings etc.
2. Eligible Suppliers could obtain tender documents by preventing a copy of their renewed licenses valid for the budget year against payment of a non-refundable Birr 50 from Procurements & Supply Department, Addis Ababa during working days from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. local time.
3. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of Certified Cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be payable on first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-sealed bid shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE Procurement & Supply Department, Addis Ababa Office on or before April 28, 2006 at 4:00 P.M. local time. Bidders should provide one Original and one Copy of ?Technical? and ?Financial? documents separately.
5. Bids (Technical Offer) will be opened in April 29, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their authorized represeatnvies.
6. MCE reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
