Bid Ethiopia

Oromia Rural Roads Authority invites all interested and illegible bidders for the supply of Different sizes of Re-enforcing Bar of which quantity of each size will be listed in the Instruction for Bidders.

Therefore:

1.      Bidders who can provide currently renewed Trade License, Recent Tax Clearance from Inland Revenue Authority. Registration Certificate from the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, for which they are listed on suppliers List and VAT Registration Certificate from the concerned Authority can participate for the BID.

2.      Upon submission of a written application together with documents listed under No. 1 above, a complete set of bidding documents can be purchased from ORRA?s Procurement Branch Office addressed below against non-refundable payment of Birr 30 starting from the date of the 1^st appearance of this invitation notice on The Ethiopian Herald.

3.      Bidders shall prepared BID PROPOSAL in Two copies (One ?Original? & ?One Photocopy of the Original?) & shall submitted in the wax-sealed envelopes.

4.       Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 1% of the bid amount in the form of Bank Guarantee or CPO only.

5.      The bidders can bid for One Size or for All sizes, but partial bidding of one size is strictly forbidden.

6.      Bid Proposal will start to be opened on October 31, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. local time. Late bids will be rejected.

7.      Bid Proposal will start to be opened on October 31, 2006 at 10:15 A.M.
