1. Coffee Plantation Development Enterprise (CPDE) invites interested and eligible bides for the Supply of different types of Agricultural Machineries and Equipment such as: Altimeters. Artificial Coffee Drier, Coffee Moisture tester, Corn Sheller, CP-15 sprayer, Demucilager, Sprayer 1000 Lt, different kinds of tractors, tractors? trailers, water pump and different kinds of Generators? etc.
2. The bid documents shall be obtained form Supply Department against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (Hundred Birr) during office hours upon presentation of registration certificate and currently renewed Trade License.
3. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 2% of the total price in the form of Bank Guarantee or CPO.
4. Bids should be prepared in tow separate eve lope (Technical & Financial proposal) and submitted in the tender Box which is prepared for this purpose.
5. Bid Bond Should be submitted within the Envelope of Technical proposal.
6. Offers for Partial items shall be also accepted.
7. All Bid Documents must be submitted in the tender box or before Jan. 26, 2006, at 9:30 A.M. local time.
8. Bid will be opened on January 26, 2006, 10:00 A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
9. Late arrival of bid documents will be accepted.
10. Coffee Plantation Development Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
