1. Interested & eligible bidders are hereby invited to participate for the supply of:-

-Toilet Tissue Paper 153 cm double ply=200 Tons (different colours)

-Duplex Board 320 g/m² 38cm=40 Tons

2. The set of tender document can be obtained from the Commercial Department of Yekatit Paper Converting Enterprise against payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00.

3. Bidders should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope to the address mentioned below before or on 11/07/06 at 2:00 P.M.

4. Bid document shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on 11/07/06 at 2:30 P.M.

5. The bidders can offer for all a particular items.

6. Bid must be accompanied with Bid Bond of not less than 2% of the total FOB price in the form of C.P.O. Bank guarantee or Cash.

7. The Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
