All sealed bids must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to 2% of the total price in the form of Bank guarantee or Certified cheque.
The closing date for the submission of tender shall be at 4:30 P.M. on November 2, 2006.
Bids will be opened on November 3, 2006 at 10:00 A.M.
BNCSC reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
