The Ethiopian Petroleum Enterprise invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the supply of FUEL OIL.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested bidders from the Enterprise?s Head Office Room No. 206 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred) for bidding document.
Bids in a sealed envelope may be deposited in a box prepared for this purpose in Room 206 at the Enterprise?s Head Office or may be sent by registered mail to ?Ethiopian Petroleum Enterprise, P.O. Box 3375, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia? so as to reach not later than 26th October 2006 at 14:00 hours local time.
The bids received shall be opened on 26th October 2006 at 14:00 hours local time at conference hall of the Enterprise in the presence of interested bidders or their duly authorized represeatnvies.
The Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reasons thereof.
