1. The Ethiopian Mapping Authority (EMA) invites interested and eligible local & international bidders for the supply of GPS receivers with Accessories & Dual Processor Computers for workstations.
2. Local suppliers are required to submit renewed 1997 E.C. relevant licenses, Registration Certificate form the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, as well as VAT certificate.
Complete bid documents can be obtained form The Ethiopian Mapping Agency Office Room No. 13 upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 only (Fifty Birr).
3. During submission of bids, bidders are required to furnish 2% bid security in the form of cash, certified cheque or C.P.O.
4. The bid shall be closed on February 20, 2006 at 05:00 P.M. local time and will be opened on February 21, 2006 at 09:00 A.M. local time at EMA Conference Hall in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
5. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
