1.      The Procurement Services Enterprise on behalf of Afar NRS Water Resources Bureau hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:

Lot-1-GS Pipes, Fittings, Water Meters, Gate Valves, Check Valves, Reducers, Couplings, Nipples & Unions

Lot 2-Laptop Computers

2.      Interested bidders may obtain further information from the address below.

3.      Biding documents may be purchased upon payment of non-refundable fee of Lot 1-Birr 150 for Lot 2-Birr 100 from the office of Procurement Services Enterprise 1^st Floor-Room No. 2.

4.      Bids must be accompanied by bid security of Birr 10,000 for Lot 1 & Birr 5,000 for Lot 2 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid at least for 120 days from the bid opening date.

5.      Price quotation shall be in Birr.

6.      The bid closing and opening date and hour shall be on September 27, 2006 at 2:30 P.M.

7.      The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
