Potential bidders who have renewed their license for the year 2006 VAT registered may obtain bid documents during working hours from address shown below against payment of refundable Birr 50.
All bids must be accompanied with bid bond amounting to two percent (2%) of the offer in the form of bank guarantee or CPO.
Bids should be submitted to REST Liaison Office, Addis Ababa, Bole Road, near Meskerem Supermarket building, in wax-sealed envelope before or on the closing date. The closing date will be on 5 September 2006 at 5:00 P.M. local time.
Bids will be opened on 7 September 2006 at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives who prefer to attend at REST Office, Mekelle, Tigray.
REST reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
