? The basis for bid evaluation & contract award shall be by lot.
? Interested eligible bidders can collect a complete set of bid document from the purchaser?s Office located on Debre Zeit Road near Lukas Pharmacy, against non- refundable payment of Birr 20.00(Twenty) for all lots in the form of cash.
? Bids must be accompanied with 10% bid bond for all or separate lot.
Bidders should submit currently renewed license and suppliers registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance &Economic Development.
? Wax-sealed bid documents (one original &one copy) shall be delivered to the office on the address given below on or before February 27, 2003 at 12:00 noon.
? Bids will be opened on the same day in the Conference Room of UDCBO at 8:30 P.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
UDCBO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
