Re-Invitation for Bids

1. ALERT Center invites all interested and eligible bidders for the supply of:

1. 1. Drugs, Laboratory reagents & chemicals

   2. Medical Supplies

   3. Medical equipment

2. A complete set of bidding document can be purchased from the Purchasing and property Administration Section of the Center from the date of the first announcement upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Only).

3. Bidders should submit currently renewed license and registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.

4. Bids must be delivered to the Center on or before 19^th May 2005 at 2:30 P.M. and must be accompanied by bid security of 2% of the total bid amount in the form of C.P.O or Bank Guarantee.

5. Bid shall be opened on 19^th May 2005 at 2:00 P.M. in the presence of all bidders or their legal representatives at the Conference Hall of the Center.

6. ALERT Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
