1. Tigray Water Resource Development Commission invites legal and eligible bidders for the supply of:

Motorcycles – Qualitative = 32 (Thirty Two)

The 27 motorcycle budget is supported by World Bank, there for proforma invoice must be submitted separately. The same is the 5 motorcycles supporting by UNDP budget.

2. Bidders should present renewed business license & VAT registration certificated valid for the year 2005.

3. Bidders should obtain bid document upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (fifty Birr) from the Commission Office No-05.

4. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of C.P.O or bank guarantee Birr 5000 (Fifty Thousand Birr) and must be delivered to the commission office number 05 on or before the closing date.

5. The closing and opening date of the bid will be August 19, 2005 at 3:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. respectively.

6. Bids will be opening in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the specified date and time at the commission.

7. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all the bids.
