Bid Ethiopia

The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit from the International Development Association toward the cost of Capacity Building for Decentralized Service Delivery Project (CBDSD) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payment fro the supply of items related to Performance and Service Delivery Improvement Program (PSIP).

The Ministry of Capacity Building Civil Service Reform Program Central Office now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:

1 Office Furniture

2 Office Equipment

3 Curtain and Carpet

1. Bidders should submit currently renewed license, registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development and VAT registration certificate.

2. International eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents in English on the submission of a written application to the address below as of June 1, 2005 (Monday to Friday 9:00 A.M. -12:00 noon and 2:00-5:00 P.M.) upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 10 (Ten Birr).

3. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 A.M. (local time) on June 28, 2005. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security. Late bids will be rejected.

4. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:30 A.M. (Local time) on June 28, 2005.
