1. Detailed specification and tender document can be collected from Addis Ababa Branch Office located at “BEKELOBET” near Greece Embassy, against payment of non-refundable Birr 30.00.
2. All bids must be accompanied by Bid security of 2% of the Bid value in the form of CPO or bank guarantee confirmed by local banks and must be delivered to the branch office before January 24/2005 at 4:00 P.M.
3. Bids will be opened on January 25/2005 at 10:00 A.M. in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives.
4. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
