A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.
All bids must be wax-sealed and must be accompanied by 2% of the bid price as bid bond to the aforementioned office on or before November 28, 2006 at 12:00 noon and shall be opened at 3:00 P.M. on the same day at the above address.
Technical and Financial proposal of the bid document must be submitted separately.
Eligible bidders can participate fully or partially.
Ethiopian News Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
