Bid documents can be obtained from the factory during office hours against a non-refundable payment of Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr) from the date of the issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald. All bidders must submit their offers with 2% bid bond (CPO or cash only) before closing date March 15, 2003 at 12:00 A.M. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives on March 17, 2003 at 10:00 A.M.

The Factory reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all bids.
