1. Mugher Cement Enterprise invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of Stationary Air Compressor (Lot 1) and Gear Pump for Glue (Lot 2).
2. Eligible Suppliers could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of their renewed licenses valid for the budget year against payment of a non-refundable Birr 30.00 from Commercial Department, Addis Ababa during working days from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. local time.
3. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of Certified Cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be payable on first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-sealed bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE Commercial Department, Addis Ababa Office on or before January 21/ 2005, 4:00 P.M. local time. Bidders should provide One Original and Two Copies of “Technical” and Financial” documents separately.
5. Bids (Technical Offer) will be opened on January 22/ 2005 at 10:00 A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. MCE reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
