Bid Ethiopia

Akaki Metal Products Factory invites all interested and eligible bidders to bid for the supply of:

200 METRIC TONS COLD ROLLED STEEL SHEETS

(IN SHEETS AND IN COILS.)

I.             Bid documents can be obtained from the Factory during office hours against a non-refundable payment of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) from the date of the issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.

II.          All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of USD 46,000:- or in an equivalent amount of convertible currency before or on the closing date in the form of Bank Guarantee Counter Guaranteed by Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, which is unconditional irrevocable and payable upon buyer?s first written demand, C.P.O. or cash only. (Insurance Bond is not acceptable).

III.        Bidders should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelopes to the Factory before on or August 3, 2006, 10:00 A.M. local time.

IV.       Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal represeatnvies on August 3, 2006, 10:30 A.M. local time.

V.         The Factory reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all bids.
