BID No. OFWE-04/2005

1. Oromia Forest Wildlife Enterprise invites interested bidders for Supply of

I. Two units Diesel Generator 6 cylinder

2. Bidding document can be purchased at the Head office of Oromia Forest Wildlife Enterprise (OFWE), Office No. 401, upon non-refundable fee of 100 (one hundred birr only.

3. All bidders should have relevant trade license valid for 2005. VAT certificate and Tax registration certificates to be submitted attached with the application.

4. All bidders must provide Original, copy, bid bond and supporting documents in a separate well sealed in one big envelop.

5. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in acceptable form of (CPO or Bank Guarantee) not less than 2% of the bid amount.

6. Bidders should submit their offer on or before November 13, 2012 at 10:00AM. The bid will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on the same date at 10:30AM (OFWE)’s Head office.

7. It is impossible for any bidder to quote bid price depending on price quoted by any other bidder.

8. The Enterprise reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all bids without the giving any reason there of:
