Tendaho Sugar Factory Project hereby invites sealed bids from interested eligible bidders for the supply of varies Agricultural Machineries for land development and commencement of agricultural operations on new lands in the lower Awash Plain.
Lot 1: Supply of Agricultural Tractors
Lot 2: Supply of Agricultural Implements
Lot 3: Supply of Tractor Hauled Trailer and Tankers.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased upon the submission of a written application to Tendaho Sugar Factory Project office to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 1000 (One Thousand) per Lot.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of a minimum of 2% of the bid value in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee in freely convertible currency, through domestic Bank.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 A.M. local time on November 30, 2006.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below on the same day at 10:30 A.M. local time.
