Bid Ethiopia

1. The Ethiopian Agricultural Research Organization (EARO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of various Fertilizers, Laboratory Chemicals and Equipment.

2. Bidders may obtain further information from and collect the bid document against payment of non-refundable Birr 100 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency at the office of:

3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 6,000 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency in the form of cash C.P.O. or letter of credit and must be delivered to the above office on or before 10:00 A.M. local time on January 14, 2005.

4. Bids will be opened in the presence of all bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:30 A.M. local time on the same day January 14, 2005 at the Conference Room of the Ethiopia Agricultural Research Organization at the above mentioned address.

5. The Ethiopian Agricultural Research Organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
