Bid Ethiopia

1.      Our Enterprise invites sealed bid from eligible bidders for the supply of:

Category 1:          3 units of Heavy duty Forest Tractors
with  trailor

Category 2:           1 units of Express Bus, 45 Seats

Category 3:           1 units of 4WD, 6 cylinder, Long Wheel Base, single-cab vehicle  (Diesel)

2.   Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the bidding document upon payment of non-refundable 100 ETB (One Hundred Birr Only) from the Head office of the Enterprise located at the town of Aris-Negele or from sales office located at Addis Ababa, near Kabena Shell fuel station, during an office hour starting from September 18^th 2006.

3.      All bidders are required to present Trade license valid for 1999 E.C.

4.      All bidders are required to present VAT registration certificate.

5.      Bids must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to 2% of the total sum of bid price of the vehicles/Tractors.

6.      All bids must be delivered to the Head Office of Shashamene Forest Industry Enterprise from September 18^th 2006 to 17^th October 2006, 12:30 A.M. local time, in a wax-sealed envelope and endorsed in to the box prepared for the purpose of this bid.

7.      The bids shall be opened at the Head Office of the Enterprise in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 P.M. local time on October 17^th 2006.

8.      It is impossible for any bidders to quote bid price depending on price quoted by any other bidder.

9.      The Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bid without giving any reason thereof.
