This invitation for bids is open bid for the procurement of 45 seats bus and 10 seats capacity vehicles.

The Education Bureau hereby invites sealed bid from eligible bidder for the supply of the following lots of vehicles.

Lot One

Four Wheel drive vehicles 10 seats capacity tow in number.

Lot Two

One 45 seats serves bus. Therefore:

2. A complete set of biding documents may be purchased from the above address during hours beginning from Feb. 3, 2006 up to March 6, 2006 on office No. 2 on submission of written application that specify and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100/One Hundred Birr/.

3. All bids (original and copy) must be sealed and must be accompanied by 3,000 Birr in the form of CPO.

4. Bids must be submitted to the office at the address above before the closing day and time on March 7, 2006 before 2:00 P.M. in to the prepared tender box in front of Room No. One.

5. Bids will be opened at the same day in the presence of bidder or their representatives who choose to attend the bid opening at 2:15 P.M. on March 7, 2006.

6. Technical and Financial Proposal of the bid must be submitted separately.

7. Bidders or agents must provide their evidence of a valid and currently renewed License for the year 1998 E.C. Bidders are required to provide certificates for VAT registration and suppliers list registration.

8. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids.
