1. Tigray Water Resource Development Bureau invites sealed bids from legal & eligible bidders for the supply of:

Water Pump-Quantity 900

2. Bidders should present business license, VAT registration certificate, tax clearance certificate and supplier list certificate valid for the year 2003-2004 G.C.

3. Bidders should obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 from the Bureau Office No. 05.

4. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of C.P.O. or Bank Guarantee Birr 75,000 (Seventy Five Thousand) Birr and must be delivered to the bureau office number 05 on or before the closing date.

5. The closing and opening date of the bid will be September 15, 2004 at 3:00 P.M. & 4:00 P.M. respectively.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the specified date and time at the bureau.

7. The bureau reserves the right to reject any or all the bids.
