The Ethiopian Mineral Development Share Company (EMDSC) invites all interested eligible bidders for the supply of: 

XRF Machine

Bid documents be obtain from the company?s Administration and purchasing Department against payment of non-refundable Birr 25, 00. 

The bid remains on float as of Jan. 31, 2003 and offer should be submitted to the Department  in wax-sealed until March 3, 2003, 5:00 P.M. local time.

A bid security:

For total value up to Birr 30,000 is 1,000 Birr.

For total value from Birr 30,000 to 1,000,000 is 10,000 Birr

For total value above Birr 1,000,000 is of 50,000 Birr in the form of a bank guarantee or letter of credit issued by any financial institution recognized by the National Bank of Ethiopia or a certified check issued by recognized local bank summited along with the bid document.

Bids will be opened on March 4, 2003 in the presence of bidders or bidders? representatives who choose to attend at the company?s Conference Hall at 10:00 A.M. local time.
