The Ethiopian Chipwood & Furniture Company S. C. (ECAFCO S. C.) invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply UNDERGROUND FUEL TANK. Bidders must submit a currently renewed license along with photocopy of the receipt for payment of at least 1998 E.C. government taxes.
1. Interested bidders can obtain the bid document from ECAFCO S.C. Commercial Department, upon payment o non-refundable fee of Birr 25 (Twenty Five).
2. The bidders should furnish as a part of their bid, bid security of 5% on the total price offered for the material.
3. Bidders should submit their offer referring the bid No. 07/99 in wax-sealed envelope & deposit in the box provided at the Commercial Department on January 1, 2007 until 2:00 P.M. local time.
4. Bid will be opened on eth same date at 2:30 P.M. Local time in the presence of bidders or legal representatives at Technical Department Office.
ECAFCO S.C. reserves the right to reject the bid.
