Bid Ethiopia

1. The Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Works and Urban Development invites interested and eligible bidders for the supply of Surveying Equipment (Total Station) stated in the bid document.

2. Bidders should quote their price in Eth. Birr.

3. Delivery place of the aforementioned items is at Bahir Dar as stated in the bid document by the sellers’ transport.

4. Delivery item of the aforementioned items is within 45 Cal. Days starting from the date of signing of the contract.

5. Bid submission date will be on or before the 20^th working day beginning from the first date of advertisement at 12:00 A.M. If the 20^th working day is not a working day, the submission date will be the next working day at 12:00 A.M.

6. Interested bidders may purchase complete set of the document, against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) only from the office of ANRS BoPWUD Cons/Cont/Adm/Sup/Reg/ Department, Bahir Dar during official working hours upon presentation of application letter renewed, registration certificate on the suppliers list and currently renewed trade license.

7. Wax ?sealed bid document (one original & one copy) shall be delivered to the office of ANRS BopWUD, Cons/Cont/Adm/Sup/Reg/Department, Bahir Dar.

8. Bid will be opened and read with the presence of those bidders or their legal representatives, who choose to attend, at ANRS BoPWUD, Cons/Cont/Adm/Sup/Reg/ Department, Bahir Dar at 2:00 P.M. on the date of bid submission specified above.

9. Bid must be accompanied with a bid bond should be from bank either in a form of bank guarantee, certified cheque or letter of credit.

10. Bid shall remain valid at least for 90 Cal. Days after the date of bid opening.

11. Within 15 days after the award of the contract bidders shall furnish 10% of the bid price as performance security from bank either in a form of letter of credit, certified cheque or bank guarantee.

12. If the successful bidder fails to furnish 10% of the bid price as performance bond from bank either in a form of bank guarantee, certified cheque or letter of credit, within 15 days of the receipt of notification of award from the purchaser the bid security will be forfeited.

14. Rejection Criteria:  The purchaser will reject the bidder whose bid does not fulfill the following conditions.

1. 1. Bidders should present currently renewed Trade License & renewed registration Certificate on the Suppliers list.

   2. Bidders should submit one original & one-copy document separately sealed envelopes of the bid.

15. Bidders must be present certificate of VAT registration.

16. ANRS BoWUD’s reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
