Organization for Rehabilitation in Amhara (ORDA) will start implementing water supply sanitation & Hygiene promotion project for Yishmala town of Achefer Woreda in Amhara region. ORDA wants contract out water one deep well drilling well completion, testing and supply & installation works.

1. ORDA invites all licensed contractors
2. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by interested & eligible bidders upon submission of photocopies of:

-          Renewed license defining the legal status with renewal for the year under consideration;

-          Tax identification number

3. Bid documents can be obtained from ORDA Head Office Bahir Dar, Kebele 13, Room 27 or Addis Ababa office Bole upon payment of non-refundable Birr 75 (Seventy Five ) within 7 calendar days since this announcement.
4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security 2% of the bid amount in the form of CPO.
5. Bids (Original & Copy ) must be delivered in person to ORDA Head Office Bahir Dar Room No. 27 in wax-sealed envelope within 7 calendar days since this announcement.
6. The bid closing date, the 7^th calendar day at 5:30 P.M.
7. The bids will be opened on the next working day of bid closing date, at 2:30 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at ORDA Head Office Bahir Dar
8. ORDA reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
